The President's Message

President's  Message:

Spring is here and our trail crews have been busy. One trail crew already worked on the Charlotte Craig trail and another crew is scheduled for May 19th to work on the Sweetheart Mountain trails. The Stewardship Committee planted Christmas Trees on the Smith Tree Farm on April 21st and has completed installing signs on the Land Trust properties together with Trail Maps on kiosks placed at trail heads. Many thanks to Mike Gotaski, John Pech, Ted Cowles and Wayne Jekot who have led these efforts.

Important Dates for your CLCT Calendar

May 20, 2012-- Bird and Vernal Pool hike to be led by Tom Noonan. Meet at Sun, Wind parking lot at 9 am.

June 3, 2012--Annual meeting to be held at Roaring Brook Nature Center. Meeting at 4 pm with a barbecue to follow.
