Hike from Avon to Collinsville in this morning hike led by Avon Land Trust Secretary Jeff Grindrod.

Meet at 8:45 am at Christ Community Church, on South Street in Collinsville. Everyone will then carpool to Countryside Park on Huckleberry Hill Road, Avon, where the hike will begin. Hikers will take the yellow trail to the Farmington River, and then hike the trails into Collinsville.

This hike is 3.6 miles and of moderate difficulty, with some short declines and inclines. Families are welcome, however it is recommended for ages 8 and up. While carpooling, parents will need to take car seats into consideration. Also because of carpooling, no dogs are allowed.
