The Land Trust invites you to a unique hike. Enjoy the Swibold Trail with stops for breathwork and YogaChi style stretches with Mary Ellen Mullins, Yoga, Chi Gong and Tai Chi instructor. The hike is limited to 10 people. Sign up by texting (860) 559-1901.

Wear hiking footwear, dress appropriately for the day's weather, and bring water. Sorry, no dogs.

Directions: The trailhead is located on the east side of Cherry Brook Road, near #727 – look for the Canton Land Conservation Trust (CLCT) sign. Park in the CLCT parking area just off the road.
